I juggled a demanding career while looking after my family for almost thirty years, so I can understand that anyone can find everyday life far from easy. A few years ago I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. To overcome this I had to take an honest look at the way I was living and I realised that I had to start taking care of myself as well as everyone who needed me to look after them. I believed that I would be much happier working to help other people feel better and now this is what I do!
