About me

I understand what it is like to work in the corporate world and the pressures and anxiety this can create. Worrying about keeping your job, competition for promotion and always worrying about how you are perceived at work can be exhausting and it is easy to start brooding about these things which leads to anxiety and stress.

Sometimes we need to step outside our busy, stressful lives and find a balance between our own happiness and the competing demands of employers, family and friends.

Wouldn’t it be a relief to understand why you might find certain people and situations difficult and to be able to overcome social anxiety, shyness and lack of confidence?

I can help you to do this; I can help you to understand yourself. Once you know what you are doing which is unhelpful you know what you have to change to leave the old ways of thinking and being behind.

I juggled a demanding career while looking after my family for almost thirty years, so I can understand that anyone can find everyday life far from easy. Even a small amount of anxiety will have a very negative effect on your health and happiness. You can learn how to stop overcome anxiety and stop worry and stress from interfering with your happiness.

A few years ago I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. To overcome this I had to take an honest look at the way I was living and I realised that I had to start taking care of myself as well as everyone who needed me to look after them. I believed that I would be much happier working to help other people feel better and now this is what I do!

You will find me very easy to talk to. I will listen to you without judgment, supporting you if you need someone to talk to about anything.

I work in an integrative way; I approach working with each client in a way which finds the right way to work for them.
